This Return Policy explains your rights to return products ordered from Grizelonvryx and how to request a refund. It applies to orders placed through our website https://grizelonvryx.world and is designed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom.

2. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g. by email to managers@grizelonvryx.world or by post to the address above). You may use a model cancellation form if we provide one, but it is not mandatory. If you cancel, we will confirm your cancellation in writing (e.g. by email).
3. Effects of cancellation and refund
If you cancel within the 14-day period:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back (whichever is earlier).
- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; we will not charge you any fee for the reimbursement.
- You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you inform us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or the goods were faulty or not as described.
We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging or using the product beyond what is needed to check it). If you have used the product in a way that goes beyond normal inspection, we may reduce the refund accordingly. We will inform you of any deduction before processing the refund.
4. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the goods are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may be entitled to:
- Short-term right to reject: You can reject the goods within 30 days of delivery and get a full refund if they do not conform to the contract.
- Repair or replacement: If you do not reject, you may request a repair or replacement. We will carry this out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. If repair or replacement is impossible or we fail to do it, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
- Final right to reject: After one repair or replacement attempt, if the goods still do not conform, you may reject them and get a refund (possibly with a deduction for use).
In the case of faulty or non-conforming goods, we will reimburse the cost of return delivery and will not deduct any amount for use. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve it promptly.
5. How to return goods
To return goods:
- Contact us by email or phone to notify us of your cancellation or return and to obtain return instructions if needed.
- Pack the goods securely. We recommend using the original packaging where possible and insuring the parcel for its value.
- Send the goods to the address we provide (usually our business address: 4 Shepherd Market, London W1J 7QB, United Kingdom). Please include your order reference or name so we can identify your order.
- Keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit until they reach us.
Goods should be returned in a resaleable condition (except where they are faulty). If you have opened or used the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund as explained above.
6. Exceptions to the right to cancel
Your right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (unless they were faulty or not as described).
- Goods that are personalised or made to your specifications.
- Perishable goods.
For food supplements such as Naturivitalis, if the seal has been broken and the product has been used, we may refuse cancellation or deduct from the refund to reflect the loss in value, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
7. Refund processing time
Once we have received the returned goods and verified your return, we will process the refund within 14 days as required by law. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
8. International orders
If you ordered from outside the United Kingdom, your rights may be governed by the law of your country. We will still process returns and refunds in accordance with this policy where applicable. You are responsible for any customs or return shipping costs unless the goods were faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Changes will not affect returns for orders placed before the change. We encourage you to review this page before placing an order.
